Coniglio graduated from Culver Stockton College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He first worked in construction as a carpenter throughout college as well as after graduation when he moved into a project manager role for 2 years. Since then, he has worked as a superintendent, senior superintendent and general superintendent. Coniglio has completed millions of dollars in project work over his 18-year professional career. He has been involved in tenant improvement, landlord work, site work, ground up and new construction in industries such as retail, industrial, medical and grocery. Coniglio has completed projects for numerous national clients.
