This commercial tenant buildout in Deerfield, IL consisted of revamping, remodeling, and essentially re-inventing the Firsel-Ross Law office space within a two-and-a-half month time frame. This complete office construction project required particular skillsets and areas of expertise from the MRG Construction Corp (MRGC) team members assigned to this job site. To successfully complete this buildout and fulfill the client’s vision for an updated and functional workspace, MRGC assembled a highly capable team with advanced knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics in renovation areas from electrical and plumbing to tiling and painting.
Constructing a functional and modernized space that serves the needs of the Firsel Ross employees and staff entailed taking the majority of the interior structure down to the studs. Professionals repainted the sparse sections of drywall that could be salvaged from the former office space to update them to a more stylish color that matches the new office décor. The construction team demolished the remaining structure to facilitate a complete transformation of the bare flooring, patchy ceiling tiles and everything in between.
A little over two months after construction began, MRGC completed work on the law office. Upon entry through the automated and newly installed main entrance corridor, side-by-side doors comprised of floor to ceiling glass panels set the tone for this refreshed space. Further into the space, custom offices for each lawyer based on their needs were constructed off the main hallway. Two large conference rooms accentuated by floor to ceiling glass windows can also be found along that hallway. Workers equipped the open concept floorplan with workstations within the main space which are arranged to foster more open and streamlined communication between employees. A subway tile backsplash and fresh white cabinets line the custom kitchenette which also contains a filtered water station, dishwasher, coffee maker and a refrigerator.
Congratulations to the MRG Construction team on a job well done and to the Firsel Ross Law Firm on their new space.
