MRG Construction Corp (MRGC) is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a remarkable project that marks a significant milestone for our construction company. After months of diligent work, we proudly unveil the newly constructed Casey’s Convenience Store in North Aurora, IL! Our team’s commercial construction expertise and skill alongside the hard work invested into this project by all parties involved helped us to achieve this momentous accomplishment as it represents our first ground-up construction project for Casey’s. MRGC completed many other commercial projects for Casey’s prior to this ground-up construction. This build provides a great sense of accomplishment because of its significance as the most comprehensive project we have completed for this company to date. This is also the first Casey’s to be constructed in North Aurora, making it equally meaningful for the client. Months of hard work, collaboration, and dedication resulted in a beautiful, top-of-the-line fueling station and general convenience store that will provide Casey’s customers with an exceptional experience.
Situated at a prime location by the N Randall Rd & Oak St intersection, this now state-of-the-art store commenced construction in October 2022. The construction team encountered a variety of challenges through the months of construction, including frequent high-wind conditions due to its location in a valley and inclement weather such as golf-ball-sized hail. The team also overcame supply chain issues which made procuring essential materials challenging. Despite these obstacles, our team managed to expertly navigate each problem that arose and continued to progress steadily, completing the project on time.
The team at MRG Construction Corp churned out a new-age Casey’s convenience store outfitted with the newest accouterments, which include a full-service kitchen to prepare their menu of fresh-cooked items and a general layout designed to better serve their customers. These features will help make customer experiences more efficient and positive, while visitors simultaneously enjoy an attractive new exterior and interior design. The fueling station attached to the store features 5-fuel pumps which include diesel.
We want to highlight the tremendous contributions of Superintendent Jim Giaudrone who persevered throughout the project to ensure timely and quality delivery. Jim knows what he’s doing, sacrificed much for the sake of this project, and served as a valuable asset to the team.

We ensured that every brick was laid, every appliance installed, and overall, every detail was executed to the highest degree.
