MRG Construction Corp (MRGC) recently wrapped up the ground-up construction of a brand-new Starbucks in McHenry, Illinois. This project included both the construction of the free-standing building’s shell and the meticulous interior build-out. To meet the requirements of this project, the commercial construction professionals at MRGC knew that they needed to assemble a Grade-A team of efficient and highly skilled workers. From plumbers to painters, this team recruited construction professionals across a variety of areas of expertise to achieve the impressive final results of this now-complete Starbucks.
The completion of the ground-up construction provided a plain vanilla shell that served as the perfect blank canvas for the MRGC team to transform into a fully functional and gorgeous Starbucks. The scope of work involved various crucial aspects of construction which included intricate electrical and plumbing work, tedious landscaping, installation of new appliances and systems, meticulous tiling and painting, and much more. This diverse array of tasks was no small undertaking, but MRGC’s full-service approach and a team of experienced professionals from various specialized backgrounds made it possible.
The result of this ground-up build-out displays a stunning and modernized Starbucks that stands out on Route 31 as a beacon for the coffee giant’s signature refreshments and tasty treats. Throughout the entirety of the interior and exterior of this building, the care and craftsmanship that MRGC invested in this project is clear. From the tasteful landscaping that surrounds the Starbucks to the inviting patio area and the modernized interior, this Starbucks has what this location needs for success to serve the McHenry, IL community.
